“Kevin E. Strecker Award: Given to recognize the most outstanding Master’s thesis or Research Report/Proposal each year in the Department of Physics and Astronomy. Preference is given to students who have achieved PhD candidacy in the current academic year. It is intended to provide encouragement and recognition to an outstanding student who is near the midpoint of their Ph.D. studies.”
